2015 gs 350

The availability of Atomic Silver with new wheels alone might make me trade up from my '13 GS. I'll have to see how it looks on the car. It looks great on the IS, but colors don't always translate well among models.

The 4GS is undoubtedly the best overall GS to date and I love driving mine, but boy do I wish it had just a bit more power. Before buying it I was very close to going with the 5 series, and power was the reason for my hesitation. Obviously in spite of that I still opted for the GS, but there's undoubtedly many people in my situation that went the other direction for that very reason. It's also the one aspect of the car that almost every review uniformly criticizes.

The GS was never going to be discontinued. What happened was the usual Lexus haters took an article, spun it and now other people think it was going to be canned.
What did happen was the car was in development, Akio Toyoda drove it, hated it and stated "if this is the best you an do, we might as well cancel the car".
So it was actually a motivating piece that obviously worked
Crap, the GS 450h F-sport is now an appealing prospect as my wife does complain about gas MPG. To think I'm pushing her to a GS F

Nice to have all these First World problems.

If they can make a GS F-Sport that can match the 550i's power, I'd be all over it. I have a feeling when the GS-F comes out, it would be in the 90's range, just like the M5.

If the GS-F has m5 type numbers and pricing, imo that leaves too big a gap between the base model and the next step up. BMW has the 550i between the 535i and the M5, Audi has the S6 in between the A6 and RS6. While neither Mercedes or Cadillac will offer a v8 option outside of their "M5" level offerings (E63 and CTS-V), they are beefing up their V6 output with twin turbo offerings (mercedes E400 and Cadillac CTS vsport) to close the gap.
I think it would be great if Lexus offered an GS-F to compete with the m5, I would just also like to see a more powerful non "-F" option that's more in line with the 550i, S6, CTS Vsport.

They had a V8 GS460 back then but it only produced 342 HP and 339 torque.
It would be nice if they make:
GS350 = 350HP
GS460 = 450 HP
GS-F = 550 HP
It would be nice if they make:
GS350 = 350HP
GS460 = 450 HP
GS-F = 550 HP

It's back now. Since Friday and through early this morning the top bar with the vehicle type selections, shopping tools and BYL was replaced by a drop down menu icon that did not include BYL.
