It involves replacement of the brake pedal load sensor, which requires replacement of the entire brake pedal assembly. Removal of the booster and ABS actuator in the engine bay is requires, as well as bleeding of the brakes afterwards. It will likely take more than the 4 hours it says... not an easy job.

I'm guessing it's this one:
"Lexus is separately recalling 10,500 GS350 sedans from the 2013 model year because of a manufacturing defect in the brake pedal load sensing switch. If it malfunctions, it could cause the brakes to activate without the driver pressing the pedal and without the brake lights coming on, "

I just checked my VIN and there is no recall. So I guess this is not for 2014s.
