Its a big job, from what I've heard 3-4 hours is under-selling it.

Got it finally done today. I also did an oil change and replaced front brake pads. Took about 6 hours for them to do everything. They did not put any gas in, instead I got an oil change and brake pads replaced at a discount.

We had our brake recall completed a couple weeks ago along with the 15000 mile service. About 3 hrs total, with gas fill-up.

not sure how all of you are getting the gas fill-up...I picked mine up with the same amt of gas I brought it in with. Maybe my dealer is just a cheap scum?

Took it in last week for the recall. They gave me a RX400h loaner, so I told them to take their time. Car had 0 miles until empty going in, and had a full tank when I picked it up the next day.

Your dealer just forgot. You have to remind them sometimes.
