Hi,

is there really the possibility to lock the car when moving? Because this function is missing on my 2013 GS450h and dealers are not able to switch it on.

It should be possible, at least it is on the US models. Do you have an ELM327 Bluetooth adapter? You can check if Carista offers that setting for your car BEFORE you pay anything for the app. But whether or not that setting is shown is determined based on data from the car, so I can't say without having the data from your specific car. But what I'll say is that all US GS models that I've seen have this setting.

Thanks. Have got US GS models this option in the native car settings? Because in my EU model there is possible only to set the options when to unlock the doors (shift to P or open driver's door).

I asked for this option in two dealers and both replied it isn't possible that GS is the only Lexus model which don't have this possibility. Seems to me very stupid when my old GS had this...

Update about non-US GS: There isn't settings in Carista to set the auto-locking doors.

Seems guys in Lexus forgot to add this option in the ECU

Replied in the other thread about the seat. Seems like Carista is behaving correctly, it's just that the car is not being affected by the setting. See the other thread for details.

Yeah, that's weird. Your car is reporting no support for the auto-lock settings. Why would the not support that on the Euro models? Strange.

Everytime I start my GS I have to do "pre-flight" activities: press the button to lock the doors and press the button to activate auto-hold...

my car is a Lexus GS 350 RWD 2014
in Saudi Arabia, cars comes with a very annoying Buzzer that starts when you hit 120km/h (75mph)
and on the dash display it says (Warning ,Speed limit Exceeded)

is it possible to turn it off, Lexus dealer here says its possible but they are not allowed to turn it off due to Law or something like that.

also another thing but its not important, the car can't go further than 245km/h (about 154mph)
is it possible to disable this limiter ?

I have to reset my Android phone to factory settings. Since Carista is purchased thru the app (After download) itself instead of when downloading from the Android store, how can I get an active app without purchasing it again? Is there a key?

As long as you're logged into Android with the same Google account with which you made the purchase, it will work automatically and all the paid functionality will be unlocked for you.

If that's not the case, then your primary account must be different now. But that's fine too - if you want, we can refund your old order and you can make an order with the new account. Just contact us at support@caristaapp.com and send us the order ID of your old purchase. Thanks.
