If the price is $54,250, then the deal looks fine to me.

I leased last month and mine had an MSRP of $59,293 and my purchase price was $55,055 (numbers may not be exact, but are very close.

I gave them $1,000 down, for first payment and registration, and went with a 2 year lease. Obviously, the residual values would be different, and the lease factor may differ a bit, but my payment options were as follows (all payments include tax and $1,250 lease cash from Lexus):

2 year/10K - $569
2 year/12K - $609
2 year/15K - $639

I looked at the 3 year lease options too, but I remember the payments being notably higher than the 2 year lease payments. Plus, it's nice to only be obligated to a payment for 2 years before I get to explore my options again.

If you are looking for the lowest payment, I'd suggest looking at the 2 year lease options... that seems to be the "sweet spot" for this car. If you are already sold on the 3 year lease for other reasons, then your $4,000+ discount from MSRP looks like a good deal. I'd say jump on it and enjoy your new ride.

You only put down 1k$ towards first payment and registration and got 609$ per month tax and fees included?

That sounds like a sweet deal.

Yeah... It was $1,000 from me, plus $1,250 lease cash from Lexus.

I went with the 2 year/10K at $569 including tax. I already have a paid-off, reliable, Infiniti FX35, so the GS F-Sport was rather indulgent of me. Needless to say, when taking on an unnecessary payment, that payment in the mid-5s sounded much better than the other options.

That said, I'm kind of in love with this car. I've pretty much resolved myself to the fact that this is now a lease-to-own. LOL

Its been many years since I've owned a Lexus but I'm back with a 2014 GS350. We needed another car around the house and looked for something midsize. Kept coming back to the GS and got one last week....List price was right at $60,000. In Texas sales tax is paid for by the person leasing so leases are bit more expensive here. With all that said the car cost me $551 per month out the door, no money down other than first month payment on a 3 year, 12K lease. Hope this helps.....

I'm pretty sure that the money factor is 0.0006.

I don't have my lease contract in front of me, so don't quote me on that... However, I just ran all of the numbers through the edmunds lease calculator and it gave me a payment of $573. That is only $4 higher than my actual payment, so the numbers are VERY close.

I'd be pretty confident in saying that my lease details are...

I got my car from Bob at Lexus of Riverside. They had to do a dealer trade for the car, so I negotiated my deal and signed papers on a Saturday, then returned Sunday afternoon to pick it up. When I got there on Sunday, the car was clean, parked in a covered parking area and they had a "delivery specialist" waiting for me. I forget his name (terrible person... I know), but the delivery specialist spent close to an hour with me, going over every aspect and feature of the vehicle I wanted to know about. In addition to syncing my iPhone, and helping me set it up to get my texts through the nav and use the Siri eyes free feature, he also sat there with me while I downloaded the enform app, set up my new account and got Pandora sync'd to the car. This first hour helped very much. Coming from a 2005 Infiniti FX35, I knew there would be a pretty big learning curve as it pertains to the technology included in the GS. That learning curve is nowhere near as steep as I thought it would be. I credit this to the hour I spent with my "delivery specialist."

All in all... It was a great experience.

THERE Are plenty of recent LEASE threads.

Its a bit High for $58,000 MSRP, most people put down around $1,000 with TAX rolled into payment, pay around $580-600.

Some people like me, who got really lucky, pay $510/530 with only $1,000 down. X 36m

You can get a better deal than $54,250. Also dont forget that there is $1250 rebate on a Lease Nationwide

When you negotiate price prior to lease....and remember that a lease is predicated on a purchase price first....there is 6% profit above invoice and 6% hold below invoice. I would not suggest putting any money down as all you are doing is buying down the payment. The money factor is so low on the GS right now that it is not worth putting down any cash at all. First month payment and out the door you go.

Yes it is a good deal but one has to know how to properly negotiate.....I went in knowing their above and below invoice profit. On a $60,000 msrp there is $3,600 in above invoice profit and another $3,380 or so in below invoice profit or what we know as holdback. That's a lot of money below invoice to leave on the table. In addition there is a $1,250 rebate and a few other regional goodies out there as well as an excellent money factor on the GS. I hope I don't get yelled out for being new and divulging too much info on Lexus pricing......lol.

That's exactly what my sales guy did. I couldn't be happier. I did buy the excess wear and tear for 18$ more per month for 24month of the lease.

Here's the deal I got

12k/24 month

$615 per month tax and fees included. No money down and no first month. I walked out with the keys without paying a cent. Got a ton of free gifts from lexus, lexus service is far far more superb than my bmw.
