I'm looking to lease a 2014 GS for my wife. The car we want has an MSRP of 49,803. What would be a good price for this car? What kind of payment can I realistically expect with 1,000 to 1,500 out of pocket for 36 months 10k miles? I'm in south Florida. What all should I ask for? Any and all help will be appreciated!

I'm paying $512/mo including tax with 0 down for 36mo/36k miles lease. 2014 Premium with OTD price of around 49k. Zero down means I brought the car home without spending a dime.

Why would you do a down payment on a lease? (Would you do a down payment for an apartment to reduce your rent?)

I'm negotiating $610 a month, no money down, including tax 15K miles

Payment is within $5 dollars in either direction for 24/27/36 months. MSRP is $59K

I will chime in as well, I lease car religiously every 2.5-3 years, Beside the price the most important is to know what is you Money Factor in another words APR. On the contract you will not see the actual MF, you will only see RENT CHARGE in $$$.
Money Factor is a daily rate for a lease, it something like .001 or .0001%

The rent charge could be from $300-$5000 all depends on your credit and how much they want to screw you, many times they will give you a good price on the car, but they will screw you on the MF. MF can be negotiated to a limit. So, find out what is the MF for your area, search online, visit Edmunds Forum etc.

ALSO, need to know if there are any REBATES- that you will find on the Edmunds.com as well

I got my GS for $52,000 - $1250 Rebate, MSRP $58,000, on a $49,000 car I would think you can get around $4000 OFF, but you will have hustle! I would say $46,000 -$45,000 Minus the Rebate if any.

You want to start with say a value of $800 Below the Invoice then work your way up to the Invoice price. Which is Around $46k

Tax is also will be a factor, I dont know about Florida, but in some states like TEXAS you have to pay the FULL amount on the vehicle, verses some states like NY, you only pay TAX on the amount you finance.
You will need that info if you decide to use a Lease calculator.

I would say with a $1,000 and a price of a $46k, you should be around $500/m

Wait for the next sales event. I got 4k off on mine and I didn't even have to hustle. Internet sales manager made everything easy.

MSRP of 49k that must be the base model? My Premium was at 53k but after all the discount it went down to 49k.

on the $59,376 MSRP, invoice is $54,384. SO if he is got a deal for $53k he is paying $1,000 below the invoice, Unless he is actually is paying $54,000 minus the Rebate ($1250)
