S mode- Always
Is it possible to make it so that my the car would automatically be in Sport mode when I start the car, or I am stuck with switching it every time?

Not possible without modifying the car in some way (e.g. I imagine someone could make a little electronic box to automatically simulate turning the **** every time you start the car).
