Okay guys. First, the OP must be high. The 2015 Camry looks nothing like a GS. Second, what the hell exactly is a Toyota Crown? Is it even sold in the USA? Third, RNM GS3 is correct. Toyota does need to d a better job of distinguishing Toyotas from Lexus. Nissan does a much better job with their sedans and sporty SUVs. Nothing with a Nissan badge resembles the M series (now Q) of sedans. Ditto with the Infiniti F series.

When I leased my first ever Lexus last fall (I wouldn't lease or buy a Toyota for all the tea in China) my one concern is that the GS would be a Camry or Avalon with different sheet metal. I almost went 535xi because of that fear. I want nothing to do with a Toyota label. I think I'd go Hyundai before Toyota. I've never liked even the idea of Toyota products until the 4Gs came out.

But my biggest bone to pick with Lexus is that the ES and GS are too similar in appearance. The untrained eye (translation: most people in America) can't see the difference and think FWD is the best thing out their in a car. With that in mind, and with one glance at both window stickers, it's no wonder ES bastardizes potential GS sales. Get rid of the badge "GS" altogether and make the entire line FSport. The Lexus FSport. Not the GS FSport, just Lexus FSport. Add 50 HP and 50lb ft of torque to the Lexus FSport. Booyah!! A completely different car and market versus the ES.
