Default Dashboard Buttons beside the steering wheel (4th generation Lexus GS)

I found this image from the Lexus Japan website:

1) Headlamp Washer On/Off button
2) BSM Blind Spot Monitor system button
3) Traction Control/VSC Stability Control On/off button
4) Heated Steering Wheel button
5) Auto Headlamp Button on/off switch
6) Night vision on/off switch

Seems about it (if I'm not mistaken)

All those buttons are available on the US models too, just in Luxury packages. Most F sport does not have all the functionality of the non-F sport.

Oh even Auto headlamps?

And I think in the US and North American markets, headlamp washers are an optional feature (I've seen some of your Lexus 4GS cars in Stateside without them and some with them).

In Europe though, headlamp washers are required by law for all cars with HID Xenon headlamps or LED headlamps (since mist/rainwater negatively affects the light output and light scattering)

I think in North America the headlamp washers are part of the cold weather package. I have them on mine. The dashboard button isn't an 'auto on/off' button for these, it's a manual activation button so you can wash the headlamps on demand. They're also linked to the windshield washer function and I don't think you can turn off that linkage.

No that is the distance setting for the Dynamic Radar Cruise. The headlight washers are on the top row far right of those 6 buttons.
