I want to add the power folding mirrors to my 2013
Does any one have a list of parts to retrofit my 20 13 GS450h with power folding mirrors? I am very handy. I have replaced side mirrors in my old Lexus's in the past. If I can get the parts that I need to do the job, I will post pics as I do the job and post here...
Thanks in advance,

Since you would have to replace the mirror assembly, can you also check on also adding rear cross traffic alert since the warning is on the mirror like the blind spot monitor. Hopefully it would be plug and play since the sensors are the same ones used for the bsm.

A good first step might be to email Sewell Lexus and see if they can get some parts numbers for you. They have part numbers listed online for the '14 GS mirrors but they are listed as the same numbers as the '13 models.
The cross traffic alert utilizes the indicator in the mirror as well but the blind spot detection sensors are in the rear sides of the bumper. The question is if the sensor is the same for both systems or not... Theoretically it could just be software, but who knows.

I dont think our mirrors come with motors. Since both master switches are pretty much identical, there is maybe $50 difference between the two. Lexus specificly excluded power mirrors option to keep the price down, so I doubt that $50 would make a difference. There is more involved I'm sure.

It won't be that easy cause the auto folding mirrors feature is also linked to the ECU and is customizable with the OBD2 tools (Carista app). So unless u add a standalone folding switch, how are u going to program that to the ECU? Adding the RCTA will be even more complicated and could cost a lot of $$$ to program it.
