I saw a post on here someone found the pre cut rear tail light vinyl to convert all the rear lights to red. Could someone repost the link?

Try ebay. I saw a them there before. I actually bought some red transparent vinyl and cut them myself.

or you can go to your local tint/3m shop and ask to see how much they would charge to do it for you. i got my windows tinted and my local tint guy hooked me up with the red outs.

Go with the ones from eBay. I got them and they look great. Fairly easy to install. Seller was even willing to send me another pair when I messed up.
