I have searched and either I have not found the right key words or there is no information on this subject... Is there a way to make the front or the rear power outlet constant on instead of ignition switched on?

Why would you want to do that? Sounds like a good way to run your battery down. And judging by how many people have complained about their battery being dead, I wouldn't trust this car to handle the always on feature of one or both of those outlets.

you'd need to take apart the lighter assembly and change the accessory lines to a always on 12V line.

if you get lucky, there might be a line near where you can tap into... but, if i had to do it, i'd get a inline fuse for that line as well AND have it accessible so i can easily change it if it blows... what are you trying to power anyway?

Mother Toyota does not allow live sockets with power off. It should be software-configurable but that will never happen.
