Got my car back yesterday. Cat back exhaust sounded good, however it still wasn't quite what they wanted so additional tweaks are needed so stay tuned.

They took it off. However, I was there early enough to listen to it before they removed it. The difference in sound was very subtle. Aside from the polished muffler, only a GS owner would be able to tell there was a difference in sound (slightly lower pitch).

I assume an axle back would fit AWD models?

I had their exhaust on my previous GS, I liked the sound.

I had their medallion touring exhaust on my 2nd gen GS430 and it was the best sounding exhaust IMO. No drone at cruising speed but very deep and aggressive at WOT. If they make a V8 4GS I'd definitely go with Tanabe again

The Tanabe techs took the system back to Japan for some tweaks. Nothing official yet.
