Purchased a '13 GS FSport recently and had the dealer agree to update the maps. Sales guy comes back from the service area and says the maps are up to date. Does anyone know how the new map version (13.1) shows up on the system?

My map version is 21-13-17 [2013-06-1]. Map update ID is 1102-1324-0215-3249. Navigation software v6614000.

I've searched the forums and google with no luck and thought someone here might have the knowledge. Thanks in advance!

Don't know the maps, but my Navigation Software Version is V6613850, so your is newer. Do you know what's new in the firmware?

Not sure what changes are in the different firmware. But I do remember reading in another thread that 13.1 came with a firmware update.

New Maps Updates include firmware and gracenote updates. The 2013 version was made available earlier this month-November 2013.
