My car was 59K msrp and if I remember correctly the sale price was 54.4K BEFORE rebates. At the end of it all I paid $800 in drive offs and monthly of $537 in Mid November 2013 for 2104 GS350 Fsport AWD. Other details are 10K/27months. A year later I only have 5700 miles. No reason for me to get any lease higher than 10K miles year.

I would imagine that a 2014 with 2015 available should have even further discounts at this point.

Region definitely seems to play a role in it. Right now just through internet dealings the best I've been able to find in the Northeast on a 14 GS F-Sport $59.7k msrp is $607 all in for 12k miles (1300 to drive off the lot first payment, a lexus fee of 600 and tags.).

I have to say though the lexus dealers have not been the best to deal with via e-mail - in fact the deal above was too lazy to put in e-mail which is why I had to find out my buyout would be $40,000 which I obviously would never take. I got a lot better responses when shopping Audi via e-mail.. I'm going to try and stop by at lunch at one of the local dealers and see if that gets them moving a bit more.

I'd really like a 15 for that price. Guess we will see what I can negotiate in person.

atleast $3200 in current incentives. You can get a deal far better than $607 with $1300 drive offs.

Agreed. I'm going to have to go into the dealers of course. Which is incredibly frustrating. We'll see how it goes today I guess.

My goal is 580 with tax rolled in and very little in drive offs - but on a 15. Nebula Grey with Red would be my choice and there is one local at one of the dealers.

The $3200 in incentives though are they all national for lexus or regional based etc..? Helps if I can walk in knowing the breakdown of that to push on the sales rep.

Mike

I am also in the market right now and am located in upstate NY. I am looking in NJ as I found that the volume and competition usually lead to better pricing and selection.

While I am waiting to hear back from one dealer I did get some information form speaking to salesman.

Lease cash is $2200 on 2014 with no support yet on 2015.

December to remember has started and provides first month payment or cap cost reduction credit of up to $850. While not stated I did hear that the MF which was at .00065 is brought down to .00045. Not confirmed.

Residuals:

2014 - 10/12/15k 67/66/64%
2015 - 10/12/15k 71/70/68%

It looks like if discount on '14 is not aggressive enough then it may make sense to go with a '15 due to the higher residual.

If anybody has a aggressive dealer in the NY/NJ area let us know. I will do the same depending on what feedback I get.

You don't have to go into dealerships. You well get frustrated every single time. I personally don't have time to drive from dealer to dealer to argue with salesmen. I'll PM you and give you some off the record advice.

Alright so I've always bought in the past. MF is national for leases correct? Set rate for all Lexus leases across the entire nation? One of the dealers near me responsed with MSRP and 0.00120 for MF, a 71% lease on 10,000 miles. I explained how bad is price was compared to everybody else and then hit delete assuming he won't respond at all at this point.

It's always entertaining when you purchase a new car. Many dealers will be in the same range but there are always a few that are just at a stupid level.

The MF is set by Lexus financial but the dealer can increase that to whatever they want and they get any increase in that fee. When I leased my car the dealer used some astronomical MF and would not come down off of it until I told them I was walking out. On the Edmunds forums there is a thread dedicated to GS lease rates and they can tell you the current Lexus MF, Residuals (based on the length of the lease and number of miles) etc. The residual can vary from region to region - so edmunds isn't always 100% right on that part.

The finance manager was not very pleasant to deal with and he said nobody negotiates on any numbers with the lease, they just tell him what they want to pay per month and he tells them how much is due at lease signing to make that monthly payment. <sarcasm> Apparently I am the first person in history to negotiate a lease with them </sarcasm>

This post sounds about right. Half of them seem to refuse to give the final selling price as if I can't figure out they have it for list or close to it.

I've got a 15 right now for $640 all in with $1607 drive off. He's got the car I would want right now and at the dealer that is best positioned. But the haggling here and with the others is getting old. Simple stuff like MF/Residual/itemized list of the drive off etc.. Incredibly annoying. I'm hoping though I can take the 15 above and drop that down to 590 and nothign but first months payment if not 0 down. We get there on 12,000 miles and I'll be in a Lexus ASAP.

Hopefully one of the dealers stops screwing around and I'm hopeful about a few dealers I'll hear back from tomorrow and was recommended from the site (thanks all for the pms).

Wow now this is new the dealer on a 14 just sent me over the numbers on paper for a 2014.

I have a selling price of 53,100 on a $59742 msrp. With fees it brigns it to 53,519. the MF is .00075 which I think should be lower so we'll see but even so you wuodl think on 27 months the rate should be lower.

here's the odd thing it looks like they put in 58% for the residual which is cinredibly low. I thought it Was 66% right now on 2014s for 12k miles?

I am new here and have a few questions about a lease I am thinking about...

I am in Florida and these are the options with the dealer I am working with, I have never leased with Lexus so not sure if they are good deals or bad deals..

2015 IS 350 F Sport-MSRP$47800

24 month Lease
$4000 total Down
10K miles per year
$299 payment out the door tax included

2015 GS 350 F Sport-$57000
24 month Lease
$4000 total Down
10K miles per year
$320 payment out the door tax included

I think obviously the GS seems like a better deal based on price but I think I like the IS better but curious if these deals are in line or not with what would be a good deal?

Thanks
