Severe weather alert

Every time I drive somewhere I get the Severe Weather Alert notification.
Anyone know how to turn this off?

Press Menu button - then select: Setup > Voice - scroll to bottom and the last option will be "Severe Weather Warning"

Mine keeps going off for flooding. If only it would stop snowing/raining!

Mine too. The weather was great. 70 degrees and sunny. No clouds anywhere. Apparently some river is flooding, 50 miles away. I wish I could just change the range on it, rather than turn it off completely. Is this possible? Or, maybe to say, don't warn me about floods. I'll find them when I find them. Might like to know about tornado warnings on a road trip, though.
