I've scoured the forum to gather as much information about leasing a 2013 GS350 F-Sport RWD with ~12k miles/yr. Seems like the best deals, without MSD's, and tax included in the payment is around $500-$550/mth plus ~$1600 down (1st pmt, TTL). The best I've gotten so far is $540/mth but I haven't yet started the dance between dealers. I don't have a color preference so color combination doesn't matter too much to me. I'm ready to buy but thought I should reach out to the forum first.

Please don't hesitate to share your best offer on this thread and maybe we can help each other get a great deal.

Also, I've heard that the December to Remember sale should start in mid-November and wonder if waiting a couple weeks would yield similar deals on 2014's? Thoughts? Thanks!!

I'd wait. DTR will yield much better deals.

DTR generally provides better deals - the downside (especially if you are looking for 2013) is that stock runs low/out at some point - you seem to be flexible on color combos so waiting is probably a good idea.

Looks like they started the December to Remember program for 2012 in mid-November....anyone know when they'll start it this year?

I haven't posted on here regarding lease prices before but I still haven't seen any deals like the one I got on my F sport end of August. On a sticker of about 57 I got the price around Invoice I think it was 50,000 plus a 2500 lease rebate. I put 2000 down and pay 447 a month for 27 months. I am in Pembroke Pines Fl so I am assuming car sales are just that more aggressive here. The salesman is kind of a friend so I know that helped a lot but at least it gives some of you a bottom.

Sales rep said that December to Remember info will be out Nov 15th but knows the lease cash will be disappearing for sure. However, I'd assume the residual on the 2014's would be higher than 2013's which could make up the difference--not sure if they'll discount the 2014's as much though and no lease cash too would hurt the lease.

Decisions, decisions.... to pull the trigger now, or just wait.

Car salesman will say a lot of things. They are car salesman! Some do know more than others. But, usually Lexus keeps that info close to the chest. Just look at how '14 year models were kept in the dark so long.

I just leased a '13 F Sport from Wilde Lexus in Sarasota -- 24 months, 10k miles per year, $0 at drive-off for $500 per month, tax (7%) included. They had a glut of '13 inventory (they're advertising base model leases for $399 a month for 2 years) which I think was a big help. As others have mentioned, there are too may local factors at play to reasonably compare deals across the country, but it should be very doable to get what you're looking for if you're flexible on color and options.

The residual won't make up the difference of $2,500 in lease cash. If you want the best deal, pull the trigger on a 13.

There won't be lease cash on the 14s until the 13s are gone.

Here are the details for my deal...I just don't get it. Something is obviously missing...any thoughts?

The quote I have says:
MSRP $58,632
Cap Cost: $53,056 (said this figure based on MSRP minus $3,300 lease cash plus $2,276 dealer discount)
Residual: $38,110.80 (assuming 65% of MSRP)
Money Factor: .0008 (1.92%)
Payment supposedly $488.67 (plus tax of $44.22--I guess 7% state tax here)
Payment: 532.89
(Plus ~$2000 for first payment, DMV, Trans fee, Bank Fee, Doc Fee)

If I look at the Cap Cost minus Residual and divide by 27 its way higher than total payment plus interest. I'm now officially lost. I asked the salesperson for clarification and will share what I find out.

I figured it out.

The sales price does not include the lease cash. If you put the $3,300 lease cash in as a cap cost reduction I get $536.70.

Aha! Thanks for finding that! Anyone know what other incentives there are on the vehicle (if leasing)? The $58,632 is MSRP and online invoice price is $56,669 so to get down to a Cap Cost of $53,056 before the Lease Cash of $3300 is applied is missing.
