Default Factory Radio + subwoofer

Has anyone added a sub woofer and an amp to the factory installed radio in the 2013 GS 350 and how did they like it? I did not like the Mark Levinson's

Yup. Adding a sub definitely helps with the sound but I must warn u your gas tank might rattle depending on how many subs u put in. Till this day I still haven't figure out a way to solve it.

I've added the sound system to my 2013 GS, and I feel like blehhhhhhhhh. What I mean is from inside my car I cant hear the rattle so everything is good, I also added a control **** to control the bass. However outside my car is like a warzone. I'm 99% sure the rattle noise is coming from the fuel tank cover. Since our GS comes equipped with automatic fuel tank cover lock/unlock system. I'll try to explain more :

1) Our fuel tank cover locks when the car is off and you lock it.
2) Our fuel tank cover stays unlocked if the car is on and does not lock even after you lock your car with ignition on.

What that means is no matter what the fuel tank cover will rattle the roof off heres a video

Now my next project is installing dynamat on the whole trunk. I'll try to update as soon as Im done. lets hope this rattle noise is gone!!!

I added a JL 10inch sub with JL amp for the sub. It compliments the already good ML stock system.

I still was not able to view video. I have 2 10 Subs Kickers that I want to add. I do not have the upgraded system, and I think it sounds like crap.

Since when is a "dsp processor" needed for subs? Are you referring to something like the Bit One, MS-8, clean sweep, or a 3sixty? Almost every bass amp out there comes with a subsonic and low-pass filter. Those can be use to tune a system for the majority of people.
