I'm not really sure what it was, happened too fast. The mark that was left is pretty bad and the parking sensor is half way in. I guess I will have to take the bumper off to put the sensor back in place?

Sucks guessing it wasnt a tire as you would have heard it. Maybe you a rock that came off a truck, in any case sucks!

big bird! J/k that's a bizarre hit was gonna say a cone, well I think the rest can be buffed out but the sensor looks broken rather than use your insurance I would just fix it yourself. Actually the sensor probably can be pushed in after looking at the pic closer.

if it was yellow.. it was probably a taxi . just kidding. the new GS must have some sort of curse. both of mine were hit while parked. sorry to see this, it looks as though you can replace the sensor and have the bumper polished.

the top part of the scratch is not too bad, I can definitely get rid of it with Quixx or ScratchX. The bottom part has deep cuts, there is nothing I would be able to do.

Does anyone know how to take the bumper off?
