I could not find any company that produce big brake kits for AWD models. It seems that Brembo and StopTech only make kits for RWD models.

My guess is that RWD brakes are slightly different? Could anyone shed some light ?

I just did some research after reading your post. I didn't see a damn thing for AWD... Not for Lexus anyway. GL.
