all my questions I think they look good thats why Im asking for opinions, sometimes if someone says no i take a second look and realize that some of them has a point. Lexus owners has good taste otherwise I would not ask people here.

I personally don't think the black roof looks good on the 4GS. In order for it to look right there needs to be a continuous line from the windshield, back through the roof, to the rear glass. On the 4GS the line doesn't line up, the glass is wider than the edges of the roof panel which makes it look awkward IMHO.

very true, it comes down to personal taste. For me, it completes the look I was trying to achieve with the F-Sport. The beauty of this mod is that it's completely reversible and relatively inexpensive.
Take a look at this gallery, they actually filled in that gap you were talking about.

Its not a question of filling the gap, they just painted/wrapped the trim that covers up the weld points. That helps in the front, but in the back there is still a 1" gap on each side due to the design of the car...

Wow, that color combo looks great with the black roof. I was thinking about doing this to my NGP IS350 F-Sport but it definitely looks better on white. I had a non F-Sport GS350 as a loaner for my first service and I loved it and can only imagine the F-sport version is even more fun. While the IS is a bit smaller and more nimble, the GS is a true luxury car and was extremely comfortable while still sporty (loved the width and presence of the car and the large center screen). I get lots of complements in the IS but overall people find the GS more impressive. I had previously had a 528 rental for about a week and hated it, it felt more like a RWD camry than a true sport luxury car. In order to make the 5er feel as good as the GS, you have to upgrade to the 535 and tack on tons of expensive options. Overall, Lexus has hit it out of the park with the IS and GS and meanwhile BMW is losing its touch.
Looking forward to checking out the new GSF when it hits dealerships...
