The thought of flying down and driving it back crossed my mind but for $600, I rather not put the miles on it and deal with hotel etc.
Don't hold your breath on shipping.
I waited 2.5 weeks and couldnt find anyone to transport my car to oklahoma from Utah so i had to to find someone to bring the car to Denver.
I flew and drove it myself.
If I was you I would go ahead and post the car on uship myself right away before waiting on paperwork if you have decided to get it for sure.
Dealing with the brokers are hard
They all say 5-6 business days to pick up the car but it usually is a lot longer
They lie a lot too.
You might get lucky and find a truck in 2 days or it can end up being 20 days.
Just wanted to let you know what I went thru
It was hard on me.

It's the same around here, lots of MB Cs and Beemers. I haven't seen any other F-Sports yet. I do like being unique!

I see plenty of f sports in s. florida but seems like 80% of the drivers are over 40 and/or women lol. Seeing how I am part of the 30 and under crew I always get excited seeing another f sport but the other drivers don't share my enthusiasm.

it was like that when I had my TL. I always tried to wave at other TL owners except most were women or people that pay no attention to the world around them. .. and I am over 50.

I had a GS350 owner wave to me on Saturday. I that that was cool

It depends where you lived. I have shipped a car and a motorcycle to Chicago and didn't have any problems. Shippers tend to wait until they can load up their vehicle before they make the long trek. Living in a big city like Chicago, I never had any issues as shippers were always passing through Chicago.

How soon can you get it here?

I do know shipping can be a pain but my dad had decent luck a few weeks ago and if push comes to shove, you offer an extra $100 and they jump on it!

They were swamped due to end of month etc so I should get the paperwork tomorrow then I will sign and overnight it back.

My guess everything will be set by Monday.

Can't the dealer do a dealer to dealer transfer for you? I've had my other car shipped from a different dealer before and it got here in about a week.
