Default Inconsistent idle Video

So as of late I have noticed my idle (my rpm gauge) jumping when I am at a stop light, especially when the car is cold, but it will even do it when it is warm. I think this is fairly new because I would have noticed this if it was occurring in the past.

I know my car is under warranty and I can just take it in, but I was trying to see if anyone here has noticed the same thing.

It will be resting at lets say 700 rpm and then have this weird flutter.

I will run down to the car shortly and take a video and post it up to youtube so you guys can see what I am talking about.

Take it in. Mine does not do that either. I have 9800 miles on mine.

Could be a defective gauge, honestly. Only way to tell for sure is the dealer will hook to to a scan tool and see if the engine is actually changing RPM while the gauge is bouncing a little.
