Southern California, but this deal was matched by a few dealers. 12,000 miles per year, btw.
Nicely done w/ the no money down.

What is your cash price?
What is the money factor?
What is the residual %?
What is the lease acquisition fee?

Adj. cap cost $52,432.11
I don't see money factor on the agreement, but recall that it was 0.0005 (1.2%)
Residual value was $40,445....I'm not sure if the % is based on the msrp or the Gross Capitalized Cost?
Acquisition fee was $700
Until the end of the month (at least), there is $2500 in lease cash available to the dealers.

I live in SOCAL too. Which dealership gave you this? I'm trying to deal with 4 different places right now.
Keyes (Van Nuys)...but was offered same in Woodland Hills and Santa Monica...Keyes had the color combination I wanted...Don't know what will happen on May 1st, but right now the lease cash, residual and money factors are incredible...I doubt it will get better next month.

Hello,

I calculated your numbers. It gives me $595 x 24 before tax. For you to get the numbers you posted, the dealer must have sold you the car $1500 under invoice. Great job.

update on my situation,

got a dealership to give it to me 1500 down, 530 a month out the door. 12k miles i can pick either 24 or 36 month lease. And selling price the manager said 1500 below any car i pick.

I think this is the best deal i can get. They said the 2500 lease incentive will last till end of the month only.

From what i saw online they dont think the incentives will be much better next month.

1.2% APR money factor is excellent
Residual is based upon MSRP and at 69% after 2 yrs, it's also good.
Acquisition fee is steep but fair.

What was the cash price?

Why are you doing $1500 down payment?

Would you put $1500 down on an apartment to reduce your monthly rent?

I would recommend that you not do any drive off of any sort...it makes it way easier to compare leases (and I have always done it that way...for my deal I simply tried to see how low I could get the 23 payments...since the first month is "covered" by the zero drive off). $595 for 23 months (tax included) was the best deal that I could get for the F-Sport. When a few dealers start balking at your offer, you know that you are pretty close to the dealer's bottom line. Start negotiating from $595...tomorrow is the last day of the month...congrats if you can beat my deal!!

The "Agreed upon Value of the Vehicle" was $52,957.84....to this is added the acquisition cost of $700, minus the capitalized cost reduction of around $1225 to come up with the adjusted capitalized cost.

The other reason to work a lease this way is because if the vehicle is ever totaled in an accident, then you want to have as little paid out as possible...you may simply lose any money that you've paid out previously.

If you have the cash, ask to look at a one pay lease too.

What is the invoice price of your vehicle?
