Default Passenger headrest rattling

On my 2013 GS I often get a fair bit of rattle from the headrest on the passenger seat which is kind of annoying. Sometimes I can get this to go away by adjusting the height of the headrest or moving the entire seat forward or backward but that doesn't always seem to work and this noise is very annoying.

Does anyone else have issues with this?

these cars rattle, it's the sad truth, a 60k car shouldn't rattle, but it does.

one day it's the headrest, next day it's the door, etc.

even if dealer fixes it, it will come back. :-/

Which I have done once but it doesn't always rattle, especially not when you want it to. My next maintenance check is coming up.

Yeah best bet make a video if you can and then when you go for service and if it doesn't make a peep, you have the proof.

they are never able to replicate the sound... Which puzzles me, because they get paid for warranted work. Ask to have it replaced or maybe it can be insulated. The seat belt on a GS I owned squeaked, I took it in and of course they couldn't replicate the sound until I got in and replicated it for them after 2-3 seconds of my getting in the car. They ordered a new seatbelt assembly from Japan, which of course was on back order.

I think it might be the seat. For mines, the technician took the headrest off and shook it...nothing.

I occasionally hear a slight rattle coming from the passenger side when going over bumps. I'm not sure if its the headrest, setbelt hitting something or the marbles in my head.

Feature request to Lexus: built a car with rattle proof or money back!

Passenger seatbelt rattles if it isn't turned exactly the right way. Headrest is quiet so far.

I don't notice any rattling. I have the Luxury Package headrests, however.

Ditto, but I have found that it is coming from the seatbelt, so adjusting the seatbelt height seems to work. If not, I crank up the ML sound system. If that doesn't work I will get a blow-up doll to sit in the seat and wrap the seatbelt around her.
