I've been wondering why they didn't light those buttons. In the dark it's almost impossible to find them.

Speaking of the ambient lighting......I found out that they are darker while in D, and brights up when shifting back to P. This makes sense since lexus don't want the light to disturb the driver. However, they seems to be way too dark when in D. Is there a way to adjust the brightness? Or maybe hold the brightness all the time?

The ambient lighting can be adjust by pressing up or down of the ODO meter light switch. They all on the same circuit.

I wish Lexus make the reading lights and cabin lights more brighter, way too dark inside.
