Very nice! My Fsport is Obsidian, so the bumper is already black, but if it wasn't I would definately make it so. I think the bumper looks so much better in black on all colors, like the new LS and also like the upcoming IS, which is even cooler with the bumper behind the black grille.

I also like the look Carbon-fiber like vinyl covering the chrome trim. Where did you get it and how hard was it to install?

Where did you get the black color center cover? I already have the front lip spoiler like yours from think design but I do not like it anymore. I find that it makes the front too bland. Not sure why...

Very nice looks awesome. Did you do the work yourself? I'm doing a F Sport front end conversion and I'm wondering how do you remove the parking sensors and the headlight washer fluid without damaging anything.

Hey! thanks!...so first i tried the 3m di-noc and tried wrapping myself.....WAYYY to hard....and i heard that the di-noc stuff is only meant for inside....So i went to a shop that only does wraps and he used the 3m 1080 vinyl wraps "black carbon fiber" feels eactly like a di-noc but much more plyable.

I actually removed the whole bumper.....sent it to the body shop where they plastic welded the plate holes....ordered obsidian black parking sensors....they painted it and put it all together

Thanks!! i took everything apart yes....so the parking sensors have to small tabs that holds it in to the retainer on the top and bottom. And the retainer just falls out. The washer nozzle also has a tab on the cover that is a on the top and bottom i believe.. once u release those....it all should fall out with 2 screws i believe.

Next task will be lowering it with rims!...first i gotta learn how to powder coat calipers...

You beat me to the punch, I was gonna do the front wrap, honestly it looks good but I think you should have kept either the black gloss look or carbon fiber on the mid bumper. just my opinion.

Calling all after market designers!

Someone should do a flush out, edge to edge bumper cover like the new is350. That would look aggressive and clean!

Looks awesome!

I'm not clear on one thing, is the center bumper painted black or just a black glossy wrap? I was thinking of doing a wrap and using bondo to cover the license plate holes under. I'm assuming you ordered obsidian black sensors because the wrap interferes when covered?

Nicely done soo far....

Is this Ray Catena Lexus the one in Oakhurst, NJ ..?? If yes, its where I bought my first Lexus IS300 back in July 2000
