i looked back the previous service check list. that item was tick as "visually ok" but i do remember there was once it mentioned being tighten. will request them to do so next service although i don't encounter the noise mentioned here (touch WOOD)

I had that same loud poping sound at least 4-5 times since buying my 2013 GS350. I was coming off of a driveway curb from a business establishment when they occurred. That is wen the car front wheel is on the street and the back wheels are still on the higher side. It clearly scared me b/c it was so loud.

I have a 2014 F Sport and have the same problem. Doesn't happen over speed bumps, just rough roads. Sounds like my exhaust is loose. Went underneath and if seems tight, must be something under the front of the car. It's ridiculously loud, sounds like in in a hoopty

OK< I am not the only one. I have similar noise for 2-3 months from the back, both sides, First I though the trunk is full with loose things, I took everything out except the spare tire. Noise continues, changed one link bar, the other one was ok. Noise is still on. On bumps, uneven surface, on highway when I drive between 80-90 km/h, on left curve more than on right, when I release the gas . One mechanic thinks is most likely the back struts and car plates (boushings) . Can u please tell me is the strut and the car plate are together or separate (RX300 - 2001) can u see the condition of the struts or you have the take everything apart? And once you take them apart you have to change them that is what my mechanic is telling me.
