I think LED will eventually be better than HID. What I do not understand is the move Lexus is making away from BI-Xenon. The 2013 ES, RX no longer offer Bi-Xenon, just HID for low beams only. I wonder if it a cost saving move to avoid the shutter mechanism that directs the Xenon light from dipped to full beam??? My 2010 IS has Bi-Xenon and a supplemental halogen high beam and I love them. I know the 2013 GS has Bi-Xenon as standard. It is my hope that the 2014 IS will offer Bi-Xenon and if not that will be a shame.

led headlights from my ct-f sport se produce less light output than my oem hids from the is350...its a trade off less light out put but it does look cool def worth the extra $$ when i shopping for this car..sadly yeah the led low beams are only avail on the GS-H...im thinking lexus usa is keeping the led low beams on the hybrids only so far?
