Default Sanding sound during full turn

Dear Lexus enthusiasts,

I have a 2013 Lexus GS350 Fsport AWD with about 740km on it.

I need your help to see if this is normal:

Can you try this making a full turning circle and see if you notice any rubbing sounds? When I make a full turn either left or right around the circle, I can hear the sanding sound (it sounds like tires are rubbing against something). When I straighten the wheels, the sound is gone. I think this may be normal but I need your confirmation. Thanks.

Check the brake shields. When I had my tires rotated, The guy dropped the wheel on the shield bending it slightly. causing it rub when I turned. Not saying that's it... but its something to look at. Otherwise...bring it in and have the dealership figure it out.
