Seems unbelievable. Let me know if anyone sees links comparing this to other sealants (Jetseal, BFWD, Zaino, etc).

M,,, BF, Zaino etc. is not in the same class as Hard Body. Hard Body competes with Aquartz and Opti Coat. it's a nano coating and supposedly scratch resistant. Hard Body is ideal for our soft lexus paint and the others are not. the gloss level is through the roof. my car was filthy before the pic because it rained for 2 days,,, the pic is right after i washed her. it repels dirt pretty well,,, and water. i maintain it with Aquartz premium reload. which lasts 6 months depending,,, i've already done the water test and there was no water left on the car except the roof and trunk.

yes you will D... although it's best on BLK., RED, Blue,,, you will see a big difference in gloss level even on LP. and the other benefits of applying it is great also. it's relatively new and a lot of people (detailers swear by it) are using it. I'm sticking with this for the long haul. and you can top it with a wax if you want.

Syd: Interesting. When you say it's comparable to Opticoat though, it's in a different class right? Opticoat is more like a permanent coat/extra layer that stays on (and needs to be applied carefully as it's actually "thick", or more so than sealants).

That is good information though. The BFWD I've put on my car helps make it pop (especially with a good wax on top), but I don't find it works that great against the elements. Not bad, but the durability feels more like 6 weeks than 6 months. I'll research a bit more, and possibly pick some up. The only issue now is that I've spent about $2K in detailing goods, most of which will last me for 10+ years. What's another $50 I guess, right? I presume the application is just as easy as the others, right? And 24 hours to bond?

yes,, hardbody is a permanent coating that is easier to apply. 3 hours cure time.

I read that one bottle can have up to 25-30 applications. Worth the $56 dollars I think.

It can be hand-buffed right? Anyone know?
