Thanks for the update guys. I have my 8000KM service coming up in the next month so I'll let them know I'm having the issue and to look into the bulletin.
As an FYI, I don't get the noise all the time. It may depend on wind conditions. Regardless, I'm driving with the sunshade closed all the time now.

Severe wind noise with moonroof open.....
Similar but different issue - if anyone is still out there after 6 months......just replaced our '03 GS300 with an '09 GS350 AWD. There is zero wind noise with the moonroof closed, shade open.
BUT, the wind noise with the moonroof open on the interstate in the '09 is UNBEARABLE. The same was NOT true on the '03 - you could drive all day at highway speeds as the noise was acceptable. I searched for other threads on this but didn't see any.
Anyone know a solution to the open moonroof wind noise issue? Or am I the only one noticing that it wasn't there on Gen 2 but is on Gen 3? Yes, the flip up wind deflector is working fine........

You should try posting in the subforum for the 3GS gator, this is the forum for the 4GS (2013+) which is an entirely different model.
