So I got curious today. I wanted to see the sub and was surprised how tiny it was. I turned up the music to check to see if it's even on because most of the time, the door speaker is thumping when I turn it up. The sound is there but barely... I guess it's there for low frequency.

The door speakers are much cleaner as I turn up the volume. I start to hear the distortion coming from the rear sub while the door speakers stays clean.

I think I need a sub upgrade. Do you guys know if the ML from the LS is any better?

Dude, new thread time. This one is pretty well worn out and parts swapping with the LS is a whole different ballgame.

I am a audiophile. More into the home stuff though. I'm impressed with the ML system in the new GS. it has impressive acoustic presence and tonal depth. Very well balanced.

Probably this will work on all new ML systems, let me know if it also works on GS and LS cars.

In the Philippines, only V8 engine Lexus cars have Mark Levinson (i.e. no option to add ML for non-V8 cars like the GS350 F Sport sold locally)

In the case of the Lexus GS 4th generation, those 5 extra speakers make a huge difference imho......

Since the thread is all the way at the top I will speak. To me ML on 13-15 model is just a tad bit better then stock. The Krell on the RLX blows them both away. I had to test this because I can't stand the audio on my 06 regular one.
