FYI for All...
The OEM Fog Lamps come standard w/ H11 Halogen Bulbs... These are not the JDM LED Accessory Fogs ..
For these fitments photos.. I removed my OEM IS-F Fog Light (same part#) and slapped it onto the GS F-Sport
Side note: My Fog Lamps have aftermarket H11 Led Bulbs in them...
Below are the USDM and/or JDM OEM Fog Lamp Part numbers needed or used on the 2013 GS350.
(And approx. 10 other Toyota / Lexus Models)
81210-0D042 = RH Fog
81220-0D042 = LH Fog
93567-A5014 = (4) Mounting Screws needed
*** The Fog Lamp Housings need NOT be JDM... Only the 2 garnish covers are going to be "JDM"..

where did you get the garnish covers with the fog light holes? Sewell I believe has it but with no holes. Do you have the part #? THANKS!!

Be sure to order the 4 mounting screws.. (2 on each side)
The hardware literally mounts in minutes on each side.. Make sure you "Clear Film" those suckers..
All you have to figure out and/or decide, is how to wire them and the switch ..
Maybe also look into a quality HID kit at the same time... 4300k if you want to match the OEM Headlight bulbs..
