Great update for you 2013 GS owners... Lexus released their 2014 LED Fog Lamps...
Should be direct fit for Base GS bumpers & also F-Sport bumpers...

You are right.. These will be a direct P&P into the IS-F and also the 2013 & 2014 GS350..
or
Any other Lexus / Toyota that uses the same exact oem halogen lamp..

Should be Plug 'n Play on an IS F, not so on an ISx50, I had to modify them unfortunately to fit the car. I believe that there will be an LED option on the 2014 CT200h that may be Plug 'n Play for the ISx50, but I didn't feel like waiting, haha.

Us F-Sport owners will still have to get the trim pieces and the wiring harness, and the stalk. We'll need to see if Nigel can offer this new package with LEDs. Thanks Joe Z!

What items are needed to be ordered to make the full OEM converison? So far, the bezels, fog lamps, screws, and headlight switch; am I missing anything else?

The US Spec already has a LHD stalk w/Fog Light function...
It's the same "Stalk" Ryan has pictured that is found in a Regular US Spec GS350 Premium, Luxury & Hybrid Model / Packages ..

Okay - so I did the entire damn install and couldn't get the stalk to work. I used the Nigel-JDM kit.
The one thing that the Nigel kit sucks at, is that the wiring harness includes a panel switch, so if you are using the stalk, you need to redo the wiring to fit in the existing Lexus harness - and there are no directions.
In the stalk wiring harness - the fog lights add three pins in the top row in the 2, 3, and 4 spot. My understanding is that ground goes to the position 3. And the wire to the relay goes to position 2. That didn't work no matter what we did. Does the car have to be on? Headlights?
Also does the dash fog light indicator work?
