2 Car deal good or bad.
I am trying to buy 2 gs 2013 1for me and my buddy is buying one so we are trying to get a 2 car deal.
Here is options and list price.
46,900 rwd
500 blind spot monitor
900 heads up display
5750 luxury pkg
1380 mark levinston
1735 hdd navi
500 intuitive park assist
875 destination charge
58540.00 total
Here is the deal for buying 2 identical 13 gs rwd
55,151 price
449 data dots
489 service and handling
56089.00 total plus tax,tags, license.
Here is my question is this a deal to move forward with? Or what would be considered a good deal or fair price.
Please help with any input would be greatly appreciated.

I got the California dealers' price quotes ($500 under invoice) and had my local dealer match them. I was willing to go to California to buy the car, and I made that clear to my dealer. Remember, it may cost about $1000 to ship the car, and you have litte leverage if there are issues when the car arrives.

Initially I contacted this dealer, they gave a good price but did not want to finance for out of state buyers and wanted cash, so went with the other dealer.

We live in Texas and just bought my wife a new RX for almost $6300 off msrp for a California dealer and got it shipped, still saved almost three grand if I had bought locally. To top it off got 0.9% apr for 60 months. Btw this is our third new car bought out of state so was not worried. The last car bought out of state was a Toyota 2010 with the brake issue, went to the local dealer for the recall fix and was treated no different than any other local buyers. If the local dealer would not budge, I do not mind giving my business to those who will and also in the process learned how much margin the local dealership keeps. Just my two cents.

FWIW...here in Beverly Hills/West L.A. I'm seeing enough 4GS that they seem to be selling well and I don't see Falk Lexus with excess 4GS inventory. I don't think they can be purchased for invoice or close to invoice...yet. Once summer is over, I'm sure a buyer has more leverage on price.

Serramonte price was lot better but the dealership in SoCal discounted $2,200 more off the same configuration. But still Serramonte is lot better than TX dealers.
