Invoice's have "packs" just so you guys know. I worked for TOYOTA 9 Years. Just because you saw invoice, doesnt mean you paid what Lexus paid for it. They still make a certain percentage. Now, if you paid 500-1000 BELOW invoice, then more likely they are breaking even at this point.

It shows the dealer cost - it doesn't include certain incentives for them from the manufacturer but it gives you an idea of what else might be there to play with.
To put thing in perspective, I'm helping my girlfriend look for a Honda CRV EX and I have quotes at or under their published dealer cost.
