Did you try Sonos help line? They have been enormously helpful. They can scan your system and see how it's set up, and see any error messages, signal strength, etc.

Thanks, I'll try that. I've been using their forum and FAQ's but haven't called them. Appreciate the advice!

+1. I now have 600 miles on my GS F Sport. I have no rattles, the car is as quiet as a tomb (unless I want to get on it and hear the growl), It can get up and go and handle corners like nobody's business, the interior is to die for and the Mark Levinson kicks ***. It's the best sport/luxury car I've ever owned.

I looked up the Samsung Infuse 4G on Lexus Mobile Link and it is not an Enform supported phone.
The problem with Android phone is that (unlike IOS) the carrier can customize the OS. This is causing problems because Lexus can only build the software for the stock Android OS (because there are simply too many variations from all the phones and carriers).
I had a Samsung Galaxy S 4G that didn't work so I took an old HTC HD2 and put a stock Android ROM on it and now it works perfectly (including Message Access Profile).

Looked it up, too, and it said it was compatable, so conflicting answer. Regardless, How do I put a stock android rom in my phone? Sounds like that would help!

Thanks for posting this. 3,600 miles and I still don't have any rattles, and Dallas urban roads are some of the roughest. I had a front passenger seat rattle, so I moved it down and forward and it has been gone for weeks. I also heard a slight squeaking by the front driver window, but it is barely perceptible and it seems to come and go. No biggie. Overall, I am still rattle-free.

It is faint but it's right in my ear and it is slowing driving me crazy.
Thanks!

I'm at 8,000 miles and 6 months into ownership and the car is very quiet and no rattles. Only complaint is that this car can sit for the day and vibrate for a few miles when driving to work or home when tires are cold. It is not bad but annoying. Otherwise after tires warm up the car is smooth.

it's these garbage tires REX. i used to turn the music down any say "what is that noise" i don't even do it anymore. i've had 2 sets of tires. the Bridgies and Michies, and still ... the michies not so much. and yes it was annoying, now i know what to expect for a couple of miles so i ignore it.
