Default Rear-view mirror vibrations

Is anyone else having excessive vibrations of the mirror after the car has warmed up in the sun? I don't play my stereo too loud, but when I get in the car at lunch to go eat....the mirror vibrates excessively with the stereo on. Wasn't there a TSB for this same problem on the 3GS too? Thanks in advance. My car is in my signature.

The rearview on my previous '08 IS-F was horrible with respect to vibration. The new GS, however, is rock solid.

I don't have issues either - but it appears that temperature may be a factor. We won't get the hot humid days until July or August in Toronto, so I'll keep an eye out for it then.

I used to get vibrations on my '01 IS300 - but that's because I had the base turned up.

GSTONY: No - no squeeks on my rear window. I'll keep an ear out today on my drive home. I normally have the radio at a decent volume but I'll keep it off today and let you know.

Had the same problem with my rearview mirror vibrating terribly when the radio was set at 30-35 volume. Took the car to my dealer for service. Car was returned to me in 5 minutes, told me the mirror was loose and he tighten up the screws. This DID NOT fix the problem. Going back to the dealer in mid April for 6 month service.

I noticed that all the mirrors vibrate when the music is playing... The rear view and side view. I figured it was just the music that was causing it, especially the side view with the speakers in the doors. Tech at Lexus said the whole car vibrates especially with the ML. When there's no music playing the mirrors don't vibrate.

Yes I have this issue as well, so do the side mirrors, the mirror vibrates but not as bad as the 3GS. Hope there is a fix but I'm doubting it, pretty sure it will just be the dealer telling me turn the music down. This is only with music on. What volume do you usually have your volume on jtrue28.

28-30, but it's unrelated to the stereo. It will vibrate excessively after the car has sat in the sun all day. I totally forgot about this issue. I just had my car in for the 1 year service...dammit.

It's been cold the last 6 months, so I hadn't really noticed it too much.
