Anyone ever use Camax?

The reason they don't offer KBB or any other published value is that they are lowballing people in order to maximize their profit. I have a dealer I know very well (I've bought 16 vehicles from them and deal with the owner). He almost always gives me right at or near KBB trade in value because of my loyalty and my cars are immaculate (and no, he is not making it up on the sell price of the new car).

Of course they have to resell it. But that's why KBB has a "trade in value" that you click on.

I recently sold my 08' GS350 to Carmax. They bought it for $23K which is on the line with the KBB trade in price. But the most important thing is that the transaction went smoothly. I was in and out Carmax in less than 30mins with the bank check in my pocket!!
