In Japan it comes on all models but in order to purchase any GS parts from a Japanese dealership you must have purchased the new GS from that dealership and be in their system.
I actually had someone go to a Japanese lexus dealership twice for this.

You have to wait till U.S lexus dealers have them in stock to supply GS450h parts as that's the Hybrids standard lights.

^^ And then to top it off.. There are different LHD & RHD headlamp housings between JDM Spec & US Spec.
Just in case you didn't know...
Also, there is still NO confirmation if it will be a Plug & Play swap.. or not..
