Joe-Z ftw

We are contemplating adding these...since our GS 350 was not an F-sport and we added the bumper we have the fog light switch.

Awesome..!!!

Yeup.. You already have the Fog housings, the switch on the Stalk and your GS is pre-wired....

It's a WIN WIN WIN ..

All you need are the Fog Light Bezels / Garnish covers as they are called...

The JDM garnish part #'s are NOT easily available for US ordering...

UPDATE: Aquiring the Parts for the JDM Garnish w/FOG LAMP..
(not showing available on the US databases)

So wait, does the OEM stalk have controls for fog lights that don't exist? I'm confused. So we have to remove the entire bumper cover to do this install? Also, the lights look to be halogen...that will totally kill the look if everything else is HID or LED.

There are indeed two different Headlamp switch assemblies aka "Stalks"...

The Base GS with Fogs, will have the Fog switch on the stalk.

The US Spec GS F-Sport, will have the stalk with NO switch present.

^^ Too early to tell if swapping to the Base GS $165 stalk, is or isn't an easy Plug & play process...

Well, taking the bumper off would be easier....
Correct the Fog bulbs are indeed Halogen as seen on the pictures I posted..
~ Nothing a quality Aftermarket HID kit can't fix..

Im still looking to lock down the JDM Part Numbers for the Garnish w/Fog Lamps..

True. The standard foglamps (like those that come in the JDM versions) have halogens.

However, there is also this:

lol i wasn't talking about price, i am talking about the electronic side. if the whole foglight setup is led instead of halogen, unless it has a special design, plugging in the factory halogen fog harness might not yield good results

This all sounds ridiculous, why would Lexus skimp out on the little things, I want to have power folding mirrors, and power closing trunk, if I'm paying the premium it should be included. I really hope they do a refresh next year because I really want the 450h but in an F-Sport package!

The fogs shown look like a cheap Honda Civic set/option. I would only take a very high end luxurious LED strip with projectors. Not some outdated halogen lamp assembly.
