I think they should make it a minimum requirement that Lexus employees (sales advisor and parts advisor for sure) at least read through the standard brochures and what not. I mean come on now

19-in Full-Face Forged Alloy Wheels
(GS 350 RWD only) Add a bold and athletic edge with 19-inch F SPORT full-face forged-aluminum alloy wheels[*] clad in a Liquid Silver high-gloss finish. The lightweight forged-aluminum alloy helps reduce unsprung weight, while the ultrastrong, hub-centric design limits vibration and reduces weight even further. They require spline-drive lug nuts, which are included in the available Wheel Installation Kit.
MSRP: $2,196[*] Available Late Summer 2012

Completely agree! Anyone working there should be able to tell you the price, details on the part/wheel, and when you can purchase the part. They really seem to know less than the customer in many cases. And if they do know more than you for some reason, I would suggest you proceed with caution and do your own homework first to make sure they're telling you the right info. I informed the first salesperson I spoke to about more features than he even knew existed in the car...he also tried to tell me that Lexus Enform Apps were completely free because it used internet access through your iPhone, well that was only half true because it requires a subscription after the 1 year trial period...C'MON MAN!

Pretty sure they can be installed on the AWD as well....you just have to absolutely make sure the rolling diameter is as close to the same as possible.
EDIT: Sewell has them in stock on their website for $438/each with CL discount. You can mix and match the sizes, so if you have AWD, just get 4 of the 19x8 or 4 of the 19x9. Of course you could go staggered if you want, but keeping them the same size will allow for rotation and not having to worry about screwing up the differential.

If you sign up on their website using your ClubLexus username, they will link your account and give you the CL discount. Not sure if they'll ship to Hong Kong though...
Total price for 4 wheels with our discount is $1755.60. Then it's another $70 for shipping to Lexington, KY....can't imagine the shipping cost to HK.
