Default 5,000 & 10,000 Mile Service

Im pretty sure I read in the manual that these first two services (5,000 & 10,000) are complimentary by Lexus, does anyone know if that is actually the case? The second includes the first synthetic oil change, just find that a little hard to believe, is this the case with all Lexus vehicles?

What is it that you find hard to believe? The fact that the first oil change is at, at least I thought, 12k or the fact that it may be synthetic (0w-20)? I can believe the extended oil change intervals using the newer lubricants and I can believe it's synthetic unless they've come up with 0w-20 dino-lube.

I'm referring to the "Free" part. Not the intervals or oil type.

I can confirm that my S.A. told me that the first two oil changes are complimentary. Although, I thought he said that the 1st one would be synthetic.

It is true. 5K service is basically an inspection and tire rotation only. 10K service is where they change oil. For that reason, I asked my sales guy for free 20K service while signing the paper work. Guess what? They gave it to me when I went to pick up my car.

So the first visit for F-sport owners will be inspection only I guess since we have staggerd wheels?

F Sport gets staggerred wheels/tires. Maybe I will go to parts department and see if they have the lowering springs when I do my 5000 mile inspection.

Do they carry this kind of stuff at Lexus? I'm new to Lexus.

If you go to the parts department, they have all kinds of F Sport parts there. I am waiting for them to release the F Sport lowering springs for4GS in the summer.
