Those are the hybrid headlights, so it's a GS450h F-Sport model.
But yeah, as far as the bumper lip, its amazing that the lip is needed to make the F-Sport bumper look like the more attractive IMO non-F-Sport bumper.

Used to be the case.. However, it seems that now non hybrid models can have those headlights as well in Japan.
Regarding the parts, I'm sure soon enough we'll be able to order JDM goodies as well. Right Nigel ?
