I find the whole radio navigation to be difficult. I seem to only be able to change within my 6 presets "sets" using the navigation button and looking at the screen. I can't do it from the steering wheel. Hitting "mode" just cycles through the different modes (iPod, BT Audio, FM, AM, Satellite). I'll look in the manual tonight...

Hmm.... I am able to use the buttons next to the volume controls on the steering wheel to navigate thru' all the 6 sets of preset channels. (it just doesn't let me scan/seek - only switch between the preset channels, but I definitely don't have that many channels to listen to)

Have the dealership look at it and see if it needs a fix

That's right. There are 6 preset "sets" = 6 * 6 = 36.

It's possible to choose any station as a set, e.g. XM 2 as Preset 1-2 and FM 102.7 as Preset 1-2.

So to be clear. I can use the steering wheel to go from 1-1 to 1-2, 1-3, all the way to 1-6 and then back to 1-1.

But I have no idea how to use the steering wheel to go from 1-1 to 2-x.

I still haven't read the manual for this but will look at it this evening.

If you press down after 1-6, it will be 2-1...

Yeah - I must be losing my mind. I tried that right before I got on here - and it worked! I swear it wasn't working yesterday. I wonder if the service I went in today to do for the side mirrors malfunctioning fixed it.

The radio (and other hand controls) should entail the same need to remove your eyes from the road that operating the foot petals (accelerator, brake, clutch) require which is none.
We own a 2013 RX350 and my biggest complaint is that radio operation is absurd. I just need a simple bidirectional seek button.
