fog lights and paddle shifters

why does the 2014 gs 350 awd f sport not have fog lights, and does it have paddle shifters?

Fog lights are not available from factory for the fsport model in the US. Plenty of owners have added them using oem parts and they function like stock.

Paddle shifters are standard on all fsport models.
