I work 4 miles from the Toyota/Lexus test track. I see the prototypes all of the time. I will keep an eye out. Actually I have patients who are test drivers for Lexus. I will keep an eye out fore them as well and ask

The only pics i see are the LF-GH Concept Pics... Is this the 2012 GS?

All I can make out:

Definitely the GS though. It looks like most of the concept's side profile will be carried over.

are you trying to say those side skirts are built into design, not tacked on? What will we complain about next?

They may look like bolt-on skirts but the camo could be deceiving. I think it will be integrated as part of the design like with the concept - though toned down.

The front end also doesn't look as upright as the concept's, perhaps to please crash test regulations. The green house is also a tad taller.

So far by all indications, this will be a nice looking car. A tad conservative from some angles, but I'd say more than competitive for the class.

If the 4GS debuts and is anything near as bland as the LF-Gh, I will lose so much respect for/faith in Lexus.

If these pics really are the GS, they are not very promising...

The only good looking one was the one in the auto show. The toned down photo-shops just look like Toyotas with bodykits.

Lexus better stick with their bold new design, or confine themselves to an ever shrinking customer base of geriatric customers.

I agree with the above comment from Batman. I just showed my girlfriend the latest photo shopped 4GS pic and she asked if if was a "fixed" up version of her mom's IS250...haha.

If it looks anything like the photo shopped pics lately, I'm going for the new BMW 5 series with an M package.

BTW I don't like the rear LED lighting pattern I'm seeing on the mule. The curved pattern shown in the concept rear looks so much better.

Yup LED pattern will not be anything like on concept. They are using LFA LEDs here instead of LED tubes. I wonder why are they not using LED tubes at all? Closest one is LS but that is not a real tube.
