Did a search, no help. I just bought 19" AXIS 7 MODs. The TRAC light has always been on, but now the CEL and TRACoff light came on. I've heard putting bigger rims might cause this to happen. Can someone tell me if my 95 GS300 Touring ed. is equipped with OBDI or OBDII so I can see what code it's throwing. And also where is the diagnostics plug? Any help is appreciated.

I think it's OBD1 and someone a while back linked one of the TRAC lights to the rear brakes; if you let them go to the point where it activates the wear sensors you have to buy new sensors to get that light off, even if you replaced the pads. If you pop the hood you can't miss the plug. It says "diagnosis" on it I think. It is right behind the oil stick.

Sorry I don't know more you might want to post this up in the "maintenance" forum. I don't think it has anything to do with the 19's you put on.
