Is there a place that buys used parts? Ex: Water pump, thermostat, radiator?

I would think, since he just did a tune up that he wants to keep all the trim pieces. He is just trying to sell some old parts.

I would just throw the old stuff away or keep it in a safe place in case something catastrophic happens.
